Negotiation is a process of resolving a conflict between two or more parties. Negotiation processes are often poorly analysed and left to intuition. Managers must constantly negotiate and therefore a good negotiation strategy is essential to ensure the success of collaborative agreements and to optimise interpersonal relations.
It is a technique that consists of two or more people representing a specific real-life situation or case, acting according to the role they have been assigned.
In short, we will apply an active methodology, based on the case method, based on the implementation of different negotiation situations and the development of a personal improvement plan.
